To be able to make measurable steps forward in performance it is essential to understand exactly what the car is telling us. Often in racing there are situations where what appears to be a 'cause' is actually a ‘symptom’.

To make the most of the data provided by the car we are able to offer a technical data and analysis service to understand exactly what is going on. However, unlike some teams we analyse the data in conjunction with driver feedback.

This way we are able to help isolate the cause of a problem and recommend ways in which to manage, if not rectify, the issue.

To use this service effectively it is not essential to have a state of the art data logging system, however it does have its advantages. Utilising in car/external footage from previous races, test sessions or track days, combined with the various aspects and setup specifications of the car we are able to offer answers to the questions you are asking.

During our data and analysis service we would typically look at:

     - Tyre pressures, wear & geometry readings

     - Engine power curves, speed trap data, power band & PI data

     - Braking efficiency and temperatures 

     - Lap & sector timing

     - Aero dynamic loadings and efficiency
